The Glitter Tribe Returns And Refunds Policy
If for any reason at all you are not totally satisfied with your purchase of our glitter, we assure you that we will find this unbelievable because we think our glitter is wonderful, and everyone thinks so.
However …….actually, sorry, the legal guys say that’s just not good enough not even close. So instead, we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you purchase your glitter. You must have proof of purchase. Please email us at hello@theglittertribe.com.au within those 14 days. The glitter must be unused and it’s packaging not damaged. Please note that our glitter not tasting very nice on your cupcake or it making a mess on your floor will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund.
You will need to return the glitter through Registered Post and you must pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we think you should insure your parcel. The Glitter Tribe will not be responsible for mail damaged or lost during transit it's your choice not to insure.
